Site terms
Using this site: the terms
This page sets out the plain terms for reading Panda Magic Pokies. It covers what our figures mean, what we are not, how paid placement is disclosed, and the age and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
Figures are published re-reads, not live data
The figures on this site are published figures that we re-read on a date and record. They describe what our partner and other sources published at the time we looked, not what is displayed on a screen now. Operators change bonus terms, wagering conditions, game rules and return figures without notice, so the current position at the operator governs.
Where we mention a return figure, it is a long-run average across many plays. A session is not a long-run average, and a short session can produce any result at all. Nothing on this site promises winnings or describes a way to beat a game. If a figure matters to a decision you are making, check it at the operator before you act.
No advice, and paid placement is disclosed
Nothing here is financial, legal or gambling advice. We are an editorial desk writing about pokies and casino bonuses, not a licensed adviser, and we do not know your circumstances. Content is general information for adults, and you should treat it as a starting point for your own checks rather than a recommendation.
Some placement on this site is paid. Where we write about our partner or link to it, that commercial relationship is disclosed on the page. A paid placement changes how a page is funded; it does not change the rule that we do not invent figures, and it does not turn general information into advice.
Who can play and staying in control
This site is for adults. You must be 18 or over to use it, and you must not use it if you are under 18. Gambling laws differ between countries and between Australian states and territories, and the law where you are governs what you may do, not the law where this site is written.
It is your responsibility to know what is permitted where you are before you open an account, deposit or play. We do not claim that anything described here is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure, take advice locally or do not proceed. Money spent on pokies can be lost, and no page on this site changes that.
Questions
Do the figures on this site show what the operator offers right now?
No. They are published figures we re-read on a date and recorded, and they can change at the operator at any time. Check the current terms at the operator before you rely on a figure.
Is this site giving me advice or helping me win?
No. The content is general information for adults under 18+, not financial or legal advice, and nothing here promises winnings or describes a way to beat a game. Your own jurisdiction governs what you may do.
